1300 cc Bangers
Another 10 car mid-week meeting, being 1300 cc limit there was yet again no machinery to talk of. Order of the day was 2 heats and a final, the best race was heat one with a number of spins and fencings.
There was a heat win for Peter Sandercock (301), while Jay Tomkins (290) crossed the line first in heat 2 only to be disqualified for running a limited slip diff. Only two cars made the final which Joe Prisk (283) walked away with.
