Monday 7th May 2001 saw the rare site of an all American Car Unlimited Banger format at the Swaffham Raceway in Norfolk. This format had only been tried twice before at Arena Essex and Ipswich, though the site of Yank Tanks at raceways up and down the country has not been uncommon. We thought that the amount of effort put in by the drivers deserved a special page, so below are details of all the 16 competitors and their cars.
