Girders Demo

Four levels of the bridge building mode.

Added 2 new building materials (wood and steel wire)
Added 10 new levels.
Added new graphics.
Added German and Finnish language support.
Improved the physics.
Added 'Photograph' feature, saves an image of the level as 'Photograph.tga' in the girders directory.
Fixed a few minor bugs.
