Tony Marchell, Professional Entertainer    Tony Marchell is a professional entertainer (based in Manchester, England).

Tony has over 25 years experience of entertaining audiences all over Europe.  Having gathered a wealth of knowledge in the art of musical entertainment he is eager to help others enter this extraordinary world. The first step is, of course, to learn a musical instrument.

Everyone has their own favourite instrument and secretly wishes they could play it. Well, have a go! There is nothing to stop you. All you need is an instrument, the time and the determination. Oh, and a tutor with the skill and patience to help you.

Tony has many years teaching experience and will give informal, one-to-one tuition on any of the above instruments. If required he will also teach you to read music so that you will be able to develop quickly. Although he does insist on a certain amount of dedication on the pupils part he is always aware that music is there to be enjoyed and makes each lesson as much fun as possible. As well as using the tried and tested formula of all tutors he also encourages the pupil to suggest particular pieces of music that he or she would like to play. Whenever possible he will help the pupil to build a repertoire of their favourite music.

Most people will learn an instrument just for their own enjoyment but on a few occasions Tony has helped pupils to develop their skills, learn how to project themselves and take to the stage.

Tony is also available for bookings at weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, clubs, pubs etc. With his extensive repertoire, big sound and lights he can entertain at most venues and to a wide audience. He can work as a solo, self contained act providing music from the 50' to the present day and also he can provide something a little different in the shape of an stein - swinging
