THE U.F.O. ENIGMA

I have been a firm believer in UFOs ever since reading a book by the late Major Donald E. Keyhoe of the US Air Force. The book had the science-fiction/tabloid sensationalist title ‘Aliens From Space’, but its subtitle ‘The Real Story of Unidentified Flying Objects’ was perhaps a better description of the contents.
The material contained in this remarkable book was explosive. Quoting official documents Keyhoe showed how way back in 1948 an investigation under Project Sign at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base came to the unanimous top secret conclusion that ‘the UFOs are spacecraft from another world, observing the Earth for an unknown motive’. This top secret Estimate of the Situation was delivered to Air Force headquarters on August 5th, 1948.
Some people wanted to release this information and start preparing the public, but they were over-ruled by General Hoyt Vandenberg, the Chief of Staff, who said releasing the information would cause a stampede. ‘How could we convince the public the aliens weren’t hostile when we didn’t know it ourselves?’ was the General’s argument. He ordered the top secret analysis burned, but one copy survived and was seen by Major Dewey Fournet and Major Donald Keyhoe in 1952. The existence of this top secret document has also been confirmed in signed statements by Major Fournet and Lt. Col. George Freeman. There can be no shadow of doubt whatsoever – UFOs exist, they come from an intelligent civilization outside our own, and the USAF has known this since the late 1940s. The cover-up has continued ever since, now encompassing governments all over the world.
The truth is all governments probably know UFOs exist, but they don’t like to admit that they are powerless and defenseless against this constant alien invasion of their airspace. It has been reported that UFOs have neutralized nuclear missiles in their silos – no wonder the US government is reluctant to admit they exist.
Keyhoe’s books, he also wrote ‘Flying Saucers From Outer Space’, quote so many USAF and other official personnel and so many official documents that no-one reading them could doubt the existence of UFOs. If Keyhoe had made it all up he would have been sued – the reason he wasn’t challenged was because the government and USAF didn’t want the facts brought out into the open. They prefer instead to ridicule the whole idea of UFOs and make out only cranks believe they come from Outer Space.
But Major Keyhoe was no crank – he knew what he was talking about, as do many other military and civilian pilots thruout the world. UFOs are kept under cover by the commercial airlines because, like governments and the military, they don’t want to admit to their passengers that UFOs can fly across busy air lanes willy-nilly and nobody can do anything about it. UFOs are picked up by military and commercial radar all the time, but the public are simply not told in case it causes panic. Everyone remembers the pandemonium caused in New York when Orson Welles’ fictional broadcast about invaders from Mars went on the airwaves, and the authorities don’t want a repeat of this situation.
On January 7th, 1948 Captain Thomas Mantell died whilst trying to chase a UFO sighted over Godman Air Force Base. Three air force planes tried to intercept the object, but Mantell’s plane actually sighted it and his last message said he was going up to 20,000 feet to try and close in. It was after he crashed that the top secret conclusion was drawn up about the nature of UFOs, but there has never been any conclusion that they are hostile or that Mantell’s death was deliberately caused by the UFO he was chasing. The fact that aliens have made no attempt to take over our planet in more than half a century since the Mantell crash proves they have no plans to colonize the Earth.
It is much more likely various extra-terrestial civilizations are observing us as unobtrusively as possible, especially since we learned how to split the atom and created nuclear weapons. It is not mere coincidence that most modern UFO reports originate from a year or two after the two atomic bombs were dropped on Japan.
I doubt the aliens will wish to make open contact and welcome the Earth into any sort of Inter-Stellar Federation until we abolish nuclear weapons and learn how to live in peace. After all, if we succeed in destroying our civilization there would be no point. We seem to be at a crucial stage in our development – either we learn to control our aggressive tendencies and preserve our environment, or we destroy our planet and civilization. All inhabited planets must come to such a crisis point. The aliens’ attitude seems to be to observe our civilization at this critical stage, to conduct experiments with individuals, but not to interfere too much in Earth’s primitive political affairs.
Where do the UFOs come from? Well first we must define a UFO. The vast majority of unidentified flying objects reported by the general public have conventional explanations, often as mundane as an aircraft’s landing lights. It is the relatively small percentage of truly unexplained sightings which are real unidentified flying objects. By process of elimination it has been established that this small percentage cannot come from any civilization on this planet, yet they are clearly the product of some intelligent civilization.
There are many different kinds of UFO. Not all are the conventional ‘flying saucer’ shape; there are cones and deltas, objects which change shape, and there also seem to be cigar-shaped mother-ships. There are also many different types of aliens which have been described by abductees. The most common entity, known as the Gray, with its strange shaped head and almond eyes, has now passed into popular folklore with the help of docu-faction films like ‘Close Encounters of The Third Kind’, which was a fictional story based on real reported UFO cases. The film even included a cameo appearance by the late Dr J. Allen Hynek, once the chief UFO consultant for the USAF. In 1969 when the USAF announced that all UFO reports had been explained, Dr Hynek broke the news that in fact over 3,000 UFO reports remained unsolved.
I believe the increasing publicity being given to UFOs in various TV programs, books and press articles, together with popularization of the Gray alien stereotype, is a ‘softening up’ process to get the public to gradually accept the truth without causing panic. After all, these entities have been around for longer than our civilization and they haven’t tried to take over our world yet, so we shouldn’t be too worried.
It seems at least some UFOs may come from other planets outside our solar system. They seem to operate by some kind of anti-gravity mechanism, but even so they would need to take short-cuts thru hyperspace in order to travel the enormous distances involved. However such techniques may be commonplace to advanced civilizations – our own quantum scientists already theorize this may one day be possible.
Many UFOs show all the characteristics of being inter-dimensional craft. That is, they seem to fade in and out of our world, suggesting they come from another dimension or a parallel universe. This certainly applies to the UFOs which change shape in flight.
A third possibility is that some of the UFOs seen in our skies are actually time machines from the future. This would explain why they are reluctant to interfere in Earth’s affairs, as by meddling with their past they could affect their present. If we could travel back in Time and watch our own history unfolding, it would not be a good idea to try and alter it, because we would also be altering our present. This is the first lesson of Time travel.
Have alien machines actually crash landed and been captured? This seems extremely likely, in fact virtually certain. The Roswell case, though not mentioned in Keyhoe’s books, is well documented. The fact that the US authorities changed their story so many times suggests they did have something to hide. Whatever was found in the New Mexico desert it certainly wasn’t a weather balloon.
It seems almost certain that the Roswell machine and others captured since have been hidden by the USAF and other agencies thruout the world, and that various governments have attempted to discover how they work, a process known as ‘reverse technology’. However, these craft operate using techniques far in advance of our current scientific knowledge, so in more than 50 years attempts to re-create our own anti-gravity ‘flying saucer’ type craft have not been very successful.
Have aliens actually been captured, either dead or alive? Well, if alien machines have crash-landed and been recovered presumably it is very likely alien bodies have been recovered too. Perhaps some even survived the crash.
The level of security and secrecy surrounding the whole subject of UFOs and aliens, even today, is such that it is very difficult for hard evidence to get out. It is no exaggeration to say the CIA and other security agencies would be quite ruthless in silencing anyone who sought to spill the beans by releasing hard evidence. The ‘men in black’ myth is based on fact – both high ranking military personnel and mysterious menacing individuals, probably from the intelligence services, have threatened UFO witnesses and told them to keep quiet about what they saw. I think it very likely that aliens, both dead and alive, have been captured by the US and other authorities.
How about alien abductions? Well, these are a fairly common phenomenon thruout the world. They are certainly not an every day occurrence, but they do happen. The reports about alien abductions are so consistent there must surely be a reality behind the reports. Almost all involve a loss of time and a loss of memory, interference with car transmissions and electrical equipment. Hypnotic regression usually reveals that the abductees have been taken aboard an alien craft and various experiments conducted upon them. Some of the more sensational reports suggest alien implants have been put in people’s bodies, and that the aliens inter-breed with us to try to produce hybrid offspring. It has to be said there is no hard evidence for these claims, but I prefer to keep an open mind. Everything is possible until proved otherwise.
There have also been reports of cattle mutilations. Thruout the world cattle and other animals have been found mutilated, and these incidents often seem to be closely connected to UFO sightings. This would suggest that some aliens at least are not squeamish about conducting experiments on animals, and indeed some human abductees have scars which suggest they too have been experimented on. However, all aliens seem to respect human life, but they don’t all seem to be so fussy about animals.
UFOs are a real phenomenon. Astronauts have frequently seen them in space – NASA is well aware they exist. Who knows if the motivation behind Reagan and Bush Jr’s ‘Star Wars’ projects is partly to try to knock UFOs out of the skies?
Governments, the military , space agencies and commercial airline pilots all know UFOs are a real problem, but are sworn to secrecy for fear of alarming the general public, and exposing their own vulnerability and powerlessness when faced with a superior intelligence. However, the genie is well and truly out of the bottle; UFOs themselves were never really secret, and now aliens (particularly the Grays), alien abductions and rumors of captured alien craft and their occupants have passed into common folklore.
Whether governments will ever have the courage to admit they have been covering-up the truth about UFOs for all these years I don’t know. It seems more likely they will continue to let the truth leak out gradually and pass into popular folklore.
Governments long ago realized that UFOs are not hostile, but they are generally invulnerable to our air defenses, and even our nuclear weapons. ‘Star Wars’ technology is unable to even hit a dummy missile in many tests, let alone down a UFO. Apart from the few malfunctioning craft which have crash landed, these alien craft move at such speeds nothing on Earth could ever intercept them. They operate according to principles which seem to defy the known laws of physics. For instance, these craft make sudden right angled turns at very high speeds, seemingly impossible and yet tracked by radar. How do the occupants and the structures of the craft itself survive these maneuvers?
Whoever is controlling these craft are far, far ahead of us in their understanding of physics and the multi-universe. The world’s governments and military are totally powerless to prevent these craft doing whatever they want. This is the reason for the continued world-wide conspiracy to cover up the existence of UFOs.
