London docklands is situated on the Eastern side of London, next to the oldest part of the city founded by the Romans 2000 years ago. Quay 430, along with  St.Katharines Dock is part an exciting new development of the old London docks where three masted clippers once to race back to from China and India loaded with exotic cargoes of tea, tobacco and spices. The whole place is still very nautical and is now a marina for private yachts.
