Our House

160 000 euros

The house is situated on the outskirts of Gavalahori, less than ten minutes walk from the village square.

The house itself comprises of, on the ground floor, a large atrium living room with a cooking alcove, a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, and a shower room with w.c.

The first floor comprises of a large sleeping gallery, at present with two single beds but this area is large enough to take three beds easily or four close together.

The house has mains electricity and water and a telephone. In addition to the drinking water supply the house also

has agricultural water.

The house has a large paved terrace infront and a large paved area at the rear. At present the front terrace is shaded partly by a vine, partly by jasmine.

The large front garden is mainly gravelled for easy maintenance and has a large carob as well as a a number of oleander and citrus trees.

Next to the house there is a plot of deep soil, containing a lemon tree, borganvilia, roses and a vegetable plot. Beyond that is an area of rock and an uncleared patch of soil. This area contains two olive trees and a shed.

Because of the atrium design of the house the floor area is less than the amount that requires an annual tax return by non residents.
