TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS
Booking forms will not be processed until remittance and/or confirmation of public liability insurance is received.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
THIS IS ESSENTIAL. Must be a minimum of £2m but for Caterers etc and Fairground etc it must be £5m minimum.

WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION
If a stallholder/exhibitor withdraws from the event or cancels the space reserved for him/her all fees shall be forfeited and that space will be re-let. If the event has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, fees paid by stallholders etc will not be refunded.

ALLOCATION OF PITCHES
The allocation of the sites and the positioning of space will be at the discretion of the organiser.

STAND PREPARATION, PLACING & REMOVAL
No stallholder/exhibitor may carry on any activity outside the limits of their own stand. Stands must not be erected in such a way that they overshadow a neighbouring stand. Vehicle access to the site(s) will only be to those authorised to unload/load and then move off site or to those authorised to park on site during the event.

CATERING
Exhibitors involved in catering on their stands should have £5m public liability insurance; be registered with their local council and have a food hygiene certificate.

LITTER
Stallholders/exhibitors must leave their stand area and the surrounding area clear of litter at the close of the event and take their litter home.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol is not to be sold or offered as prizes in a raffle/tombola on any stall. If you intend to sell alcohol and/or want alcohol as part of your raffle/tombola, please ask organiser first as a Temporary Events Notice will be needed.

TOMBOLAS/GAMES OF CHANCE
All tickets on one tombola/game of chance must be same price. No discounts for buying more than one ticket. Tombolas/games of chance must be in aid of charity and proof of this must be supplied.

DISCLAIMER
The Company will not be held responsible for damage caused to sites, exhibits or goods by a third party during the event period, and will not undertake to make good such damage.
