Whitstable Umbrella Fun Day

Whitstable Festivals and Events Ltd is pleased to once again be organising the Whitstable Community Centre Fun Day. This family orientated event on Tankerton Slopes combines a small fun fair, local displays, and stalls of various wares. And with some luck the sun. When?..............Sunday 21st June 2009 11am till 5pm

Where?.............Tankerton Slopes (Marine Parade, Whitstable)

What's provided?...Space based on a standard pitch of 15' x 15'.

How much?..........Charity £15; Craft £25; Trade £40.

You Provide........ Your own cover; tables & chairs.

Public Liability Insurance is essential and proof must be produced prior to the event. Minimum £2 million, preferably £5 million.Please include proof of this with the completed booking form. See here if you do not have Public Liability Insurance.

NB Commercial games of chance or commercial tombolas; alcohol; knives & other dangerous goods will not be permitted.

NB The following will have already been booked - catering (except cakes); fairground rides. PLEASE ASK IF UNSURE.

PARKING? There is no parking on site during the event apart from essential vehicles. Vehicular access is allowed for unloading/loading.

Public Liability insurance (min. £2m) is required by all stallholders.
