Friday 10th June - Junior Hall

The fun will start at 20:00 in the Junior Hall. We have 8 races to get through so please don't be late. Hopefully by the day of the race night we will have sponsors for all the Horses (all 56 of them) and the races themselves (all 8 of them).

We will be using a professional, experienced company, with official presenter and a Tote. We will have 8 specially pre-filmed horse races. These will be shown over a large screen. other than that it's just like the real thing.............an exciting, enjoyable visit to the race track, bet on horses.............win prizes.

There is no limit to the number of horses you can own.

The owner of each winning horse will get a bottle of Wine (maybe Champagne if we get enough visitors).

Bets placed on the night at £1 per horse (again there is no limit to the number of horses you can bet on) will go into the winning pot for that race. i.e.

Horse 1 sells 10 tickets = £10
Horse 2 sells 8 tickets = £8
Horse 3 sells 16 tickets = £16
Horse 4 sells 4 tickets = £4
Horse 5 sells 15 tickets = £15
Horse 6 sells 16 tickets = £16
Horse 7 sells 20 tickets = £20
Horse 8 sells 15 tickets = £15

A total of £104.00

In the above example, the £104.00 will be split 40/60. The TSPA would take £41.60 and the winning ticket holders would share £62.40.

If Horse 4 won this would be £62.40 split between 4 'punters' which equals £15.60 each.
