Payment
Due to all artwork been made to order, no cancellations or
refunds will be given once payment has been made. The payment
in full must be made for all artwork at the time of placing
an order by post with a cheque made payable to 'Artworksinside'.
Cheques must be cleared before an order is processed.
Cheques will take up yo 7 days to clear. The cleared payment
is acceptance and confirmation of your intent to purchase
with the understanding that no cancellation or refund will
be given once the payment has been made, as stated. All cheques
must be paid to 'Artworksinside' and sent to Adam Lloyd, Art
Director, Artworksinside, Windsor House, Cornwall Road, Harrogate,
HG1 2PW. Some colours and final sizes of artwork may vary
slightly to the artworks displayed on the website.
Delivery
The responsibility for and ownership of artwork passes to
you once they've been delivered.
Cancelation & Returns
No Funds or cancellations can be made, once payment has been
taken out of your account. No goods can be returned unless
authorised by us first. We must be contacted within 5 days
of you receiving the artwork. Only artwork that has been damaged
by us can be returned.
Upon placement of order the purchaser agrees to the terms
and conditions of purchase here stated.
