A b o u t D i c h r o i c G l a s s Originally produced for use in the aerospace industry, Dichroic glass is created using thin layers of metal oxides. Light passes through these layers to transmit a colour which changes when viewed from different angles and in varying light conditions. When encased in clear glass the colours become luminous and vibrant, Coppers turn into blues and greens giving the piece a multi-faceted look.
