Always focus on the models eyes as this is what draws the viewer. And as in this example keep the background as uncluttered as possible.
Trick Two: Keep things natural.
The setting is the same, but look how comfortable the model on the left looks, while the other looks like she might fall over. If your model's not relaxed then IT WILL show.
Trick Three: Keep things slightly Tilted.
By this I simply mean if the model is at an angle to the camera, then her eyes and face seem to work far better. The few degrees difference above makes the left hand picture far far better although everything else remains the same.
Trick Four: Find a theme.
There are several reasons for getting a girls clothes off, but as glamour is about fantasy then we can use that for our viewers pleasure. These three pictures show different styles. On the left plays on the viewers voyouristic fantasy having walked in accidently on this young lady. In the middle this model is telling her viewer that she finds them attractive and wants them. (A good trick is to tell your model to imagine the camera lens is someone she really has the hots for when taking this style.) Lastly on the right we have a girl flashing what nice society says she shouldn't and she's enjoying doing it for the viewer.
Trick Five: Look through the viewfinder!!
REMEMBER just because you have a model in sexy underwear doesn't mean they will be sexy pictures. On the left works on the right doesn't. You need to keep going to get to the stage of actually photographing what is in your minds eye. Why does one work not the other? Forget the models they are as attractive as each other so it must be in the form. The left picture has been thought about, the other is really no more than a snap.
