The tables in this section give average values for afternoon high temperature, number of dry days in the month, and the average daily hours of sunshine. Anyone who lives in the UK will know that the weather is very variable, and it is the same in France and Spain. Do not expect this weather, but plan for all eventualities. |

For instance, the occurance of snow is very unlikely on the Costa Blanca and Del Sol coastal towns, but only a few miles inland the possibility is increased dramatically. The warm Mediterranean sea has a large effect on the local weather - usually to the better - warmer in winter and cooler in summer. |
