CC's fave track

Porth Ui Mhuirghaesa

retrospect

The album had a magical innocence that marks it as a classic. All of the elements of their music was layed out here - awesome songs, interplay, harmonies and novel instrumentation marked The Storm Thieves out right away. Many songs on this album continue in their solo and band repetoires.

Porth Ui Mhuirghaesa was released by CC on his Storming album and Forget About You he re-recorded a new version on his Close the Circle CD. Now's your chance to hear the original recording recorded at 4am! CCs classic Long Day's Waiting was re-recorded on Storming and on Chris & Dan's Just Be Real CD - Dan's Snow & The Fire classic being re-recorded on the latter.

It stands as a wonderful snapshot of each of their musical histories - together and apart.
