Unlike any other local professional sports team, the Blaze have always attracted support from Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Warwick, Worcester, Tamworth, Leicester, Hereford, Stoke, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Leamington Spa, Redditch, Rugby and Evesham. We even have supporters travelling from asfar a field as London and Bristol!!!

The Blaze have built a solid base of support since their move to the Coventry Skydome and the city has truly taken to hockey in a huge way.

The team plays throughout Great Britain, including Kirkcaldy, Glasgow, Hull, Guildford, Slough, Nottingham, Sheffield, London, Bracknell and Basingstoke.

Attendances and Media Coverage

Attendances at the Skydome have grown to regularly reach two thousand within the first season.

The Blaze expect to benefit from television coverage during season 2002-2003.

The Blaze also have excellent links with local radio, in particular with Mercia and BBC Coventry and Warwickshire. CWR and Kix 96.

The Blaze are featured regularly in the weekly periodical dedicated to ice hockey Powerplay.

The local press covers the Blaze throughout the year with photo opportunities and reports. We are featured several times a week in the Coventry Evening Telegraph, Coventry Pink, Birmingham Evening Mail, Leamington/Warwick Courier, Birmingham Post, Sunday Mercury, Solihull News, Metro News and Solihull Times.
