Harnik means North-land. The people are the Harnan (HAR-nan). The coast is on the Shallow Sea.

There is a Poeni settlement on the coast, which is a free port, subject to the laws of Poeni, not those of Harnik.

Except for the language, and the points noted below, the customs are as those of Lamnid.

Less emphasis is placed on cleanliness, public nudity is not acceptable and women do not offer their virginity at the temples.
