The Andy Pandy interview
Probably the greatest star that the BBC has ever had, Andy launched his career in the late 1950's
with a hit show which introduced Teddy and the lovely Looby Loo... but Andy was always the star!
Have you done any acting recently?
(Gemma Langsdale, Derbyshire)
I did this guest appearance on Changing Rooms Live in Weston-on-Trent with Sharon Slimey, Ann T Gravity and Lawrence Didwellyn-Sewing.
Do you have favourite designers?
(Tessa and Yasmyn, Weston)
After just one show I am sure that I never want to appear with another designer.
How did you get involved in Television
(Katherine Graham)
My agent got me the job, but it was only later that I found that there were strings attached.
What are your tips for children who want to get ahead in Show Business?
The internet is the thing of the future, which is where I am hoping to relaunch my career. Anyone who can, say, get experience in community theatre and get some world-wide exposure is certainly set for the top.
