John and Diana Bamkin

The Bamkin's are considered to be related. Every reference in the records refer to many people from the same gene pool. It is known that Bempkins are descended from a Bamkin. This family is the basis for many of the Bamkins in Australia. Oddly John and Diane are referred to in some records as Bankin (sic). Are they (we?) related to the Bankin family in Essex, Kent ?and Australia
