The Dancers practicing Cheer Leading

 

The dancers appeared as cheerleaders to accompany the footballers(Redskins) in Weston-on-Trent's millennium production of Peter Pantomime, in 2001 they appeared in Alison Westonland. In 2002 they went on to be Ratlings in the Pied Piper. Most, if not all, of the dancers are members of Weston Girl's Dance Group. Front row (left to right) Cate Biggs, Caroline Brown and Laura Poole. Back row: Yasmyn Ford-Poulson, Elizabeth White, Alison Hurt and Caroline Icke. The standing figure at the back is Daryl. The picture was taken between rehearsals in the "bar" area of the village hall before the extension was added in 2002.
