Smee would have been Hooks right hand man if it wasn’t for Peter Pan. Now Smee has to do all the work of Hook's left hand. Hook did not like the fact that Smee was "lovable" and he had to admit that this was due to --"Good form?"

Mullins is a wide-boy selling unlikely items (like parrots) to strangers.

The pirates feed mostly on take aways. This is because of the fact that Cookson does the cooking. Like all pirates Cookson was superstitious. He would say "They do say the surest sign a ship's accurst is when there's one on board more than can be accounted for."

Melody is a very unlikely pirate. She is not well regarded by the other pirates. Melody has an invalid grandmother and this is what has driven her to take this unusual job.
