The Redskins

The Redskins are in J.M.Barries book, but they were American Indians - in Peter Pantomime they were recast as US footballers. This was based on the team the Washington Redskins.

Josh Brown - I want some LEMONADE ... made a medium joke much better by good timing. Thanks Josh.

The Redskins were American Indians in the original book. In this panto the fight is a football match.

Above Joshua Brown as Running Nose - Joshua went on to be King Rat in the Pied Piper in 2002

below from left to right Leanne Hotter (Fritz), Danielle Hamilton (Tiger Lily), Joshua Brown (Running Nose), Gemma Langsdale (Dances w'Sheep), Garret Rimmington (Little Plum)

Gemma has appeared in all the Pantos so far as Scill Warlet in Robin, Tai Chi in A Ladd and here as the visually challenged Dances with Sheep

Garret - son of Debbie and brother to Harriet. Next year we hope to see him in A.W.2001

Dances w'Sheep and the Parrot - "Thene" (because parrots should be thene and not heard)

Little Plum - Garret Rimmington

This outfit was designed and constructed by Lee. After last years Panto he requested only a few lines - hence the part of a mute chief - he never SAID a word

Great Big Little Panther (Lee Cooper) - the mute leader of the Redskins. He is planned to return as this character in Western on Trent - the 2005 Panto.

At the start of the Football match scene the Redskins were accompanied by the Cheerleaders.
