With it now tucked beneath the living room carpet by cavalier pranksters Craig and Claire, Anna is tormented by the mystery disappearance.

The anguished householder begged Big Brother to reveal the truth of its whereabouts: "Could you tell me quietly where the lighter is?"

When she was refused an answer, Anna asked: "Could you tell me if it's inside or outside?"

"I can't comment," replied Big Brother. "That's the rules."

Anna retorted: "But I feel quite distraught. Please?"

To her disappointment Big Brother repeated: "I can't comment," but Anna playfully said: "I hate it when you get all stern. Actually, I do like it when you get all stern. Thank you very much Big Brother."
