Dear PlanetGrrl, Please help me...........

I am with this guy and he tells his friends that he likes me. We fool around. He does thing to me and i like it but will not return the favor because i have been hurt by too many guys. Why isn't he telling me himself that he has feelings? What should i do for him to tell me? Should i just forget about him b/c he may be a waste of my time? Help

ashlee

Dear ashlee

the answer is in the question: time.

Wait a while I would say. Because perhaps he has been hurt before, or perhaps he is just shy. Really. Lots of guys are all big-talky with their mates & Little Voice with their GFs. If he wants to do things to you and you like it let him carry on.
Another thing you could do is ASK him. Say 'hey, I hear you really like me, how come you never tell ME?'

Give it a bit of time and do not be pressured into anything AT ALL unless you really really want to.

If this guy STILL doesn't find the words, however brief or quietly said, THEN consider dumping him. Can you live without hearing him say it himself? If he'll tell other people things but not you, how does it make you feel? Does it mean he does it about other things too? No point wasting your life waiting for someone to say something they don't or can't say (words are power after all).

love
