Without knowing what ' needs ' means we're not sure ... Apart from dressing up like a cheerleader / dominatrix / schoolgirl, which normally gets suggested to get a man to give you more attention, we'd like to offer the alternative option of trying to talk to the guy. But don't scare him by saying ' we need to talk', which to most men has the appeal of root canal work, instead, just suggest more fun stuff you want to do, say how you enjoy it when you / he does X, that kinda thing.
