my boyfriend says he really likes me but makes no effort to ever do anythin with me or to talk to me and when i want to talk about it he doesn't even care, or so he acts like it, what should i tell him??

The problem is you are thinking men behave like women when expressing affection, generally they don't. Men expect you to realise that the fact they are WITH you, is indication enough of their enjoyment of / commitment to being with you.
Asking a man to talk is sometimes the best way to get him to do the exact opposite. Be more subtle .. Not Enough Attention
