| How to Book |
| The Box Office is open from Monday to Saturday from 10.30am for telephone bookings. On Sundays the office is open one hour before a performance is due to commence. |
| Reservations |
| The Beck are happy to hold tickets for up to three
days if you wish to book by telephone but pay by cash or cheque. On certain shows the
reservation time will be shorter due to public demand. Most of the shows offer discounts for OAP's, students, unemployed and groups of over 10 people. It always pays to ask the Box Office when you book! |
| Payment |
| The Beck will accept payment by cash, credit card or by cheque payable to Apollo Leisure UK Ltd. |
| Refunds & Exchange |
| Once you have paid for your tickets, the Beck regret they cannot be exchanged or refunded. |
| Facilities For The Disabled |
| A number of wheelchair spaces are available at all performances. They have level access throughout the theatre, and there is an induction loop for the hard of hearing. In 1997 the theatre won the Hillingdon Access Award in recognition of service and access to people with disabilities. |
| Children |
| Booster seats for youngsters are available free of charge (small deposit required) from the refreshments kiosk, which is open before, during and after every performance. |
| Eating |
| You can relax in the Beck Bistro, which is open to
the public from 12.00 to 2.00pm Monday to Friday, 6.00pm for pre-show suppers and an hour
before shows on Saturdays and Sundays, where they serve a delicious range of hot and cold
food to suit all tastes. They also have a fully licensed bar selling a wide range of wines and spirits as well as draught and bottled beers. |
