Bookings

Ticket bookings can be made in person, by post or by telephone. Box Office is open from 10.30am-5pm, Monday – Friday and from 10am-1pm on Saturdays. If paying by cheque, please make payable to ‘Compass Theatre’. Tickets can be reserved for 3 working days. Booking online You may request tickets online, however they are not guaranteed. If you would like to book confirmed tickets please telephone 01895 673 200. To make a provisional booking online click on the "Book Tickets" on the relevant event and complete the simple form.

Access

The auditorium is fully accessible for customers with mobility problems. They have two dedicated wheelchair spaces in the auditorium, car parking facilities and an adapted toilet. We welcome assistance dogs. Our auditorium and box office are fitted with induction loops.

Bistro & Bar

The coffee bar is open for all performances and our wine bar opens on all performance nights. Interval drinks can be ordered from the wine bar.

Car Parking

In addition to there own parking facilities at the Compass Theatre, there is also car parking at Ickenham station opposite. Please help maintain good relations with the local residents by not parking in streets adjacent to the theatre. For customers with mobility problems, they have two dedicated parking places next to the main entrance. If you require the use of these spaces, please advise the Box Office staff when booking your tickets, to ensure a parking place is reserved for you.
