The course consists of 2 full days during which all
aspects of the sport are explained and the beginner

There are 3 beginners courses each year - two for adults and one for juniors. The courses will be held at the club grounds at Old Deer Park.

The adult courses will run for total of four evenings, once a week. The first course will run on 4 consecutive Mondays, and the second course on four consecutive Thursdays. The junior course will run for six consecutive evenings, once a week, usually on Mondays for one hour.

Demand for places on the courses is high and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. For more information, click here.
