Hi,
I'm Chris Watson and this site is dedicated to all things guitar. I hope
to share with you my knowledge of gear, playing rhythm and solos, phrasing
and expression as well as giving you the chance to see photos of my previous
bands and set-ups, and hear my playing via my mp3 link.
Back in the late
‘80’s, I was the lead guitarist in NWOBHM band Black Rose.
Here you can see and hear what we were about, as well as reading some
of my anecdotes about life on the road for a 2nd Division HM band in the
'80's! You can also download one of our unreleased demo’s.
I'm also the ‘Eddie’
in a Van Halen tribute called UNCHAINED. You can go and check our site

I've been playing guitar for 32 years now and have played both pro and semi-pro with rock bands since 1978. In my time I've used just about every combination of guitar/amp that I can think of-and I'm still looking! So, I'll also be able to share my knowledge of what gear works well for me and hopefully this may help you decide what rig to look for if you're shopping around.
I'll also tell you who floats my boat in the guitar world and why. I think
you can pick something up from every player, from the way they hold their
plectrum to the way they string up, to how to get that sound.
Finally, there are
links to all my favourite stuff-from bands, players and manufacturers
as well as friends around the world who all live for the sound of an A
power chord played through a distorted amp!
