LESLEY
ANNE IVORY
The world-renowned cat painter of cats, Lesley Anne Ivory, is the
proud owner of one of the Ashputtel Burmillas. She is the beautiful Ashputtel Caracarisima
and better known as Amulet or Mu-Mu! Lesley has featured Mu-Mu in about a dozen paintings
; some being featured on this page with other established ‘Ivory cats’. Lesley
is famed worldwide for her paintings of her cat family which appear on mugs, plates, tins,
cards and many other items of merchandise. Best known of these are Agneatha, Spiro,
Muppet, Twiglet, Dandelion and Motley. Sumptuous decorative backgrounds with exquisitely
painted cats are the hallmarks of Lesley’s paintings. |
