Making A Purchase of Cards
Once the order for cards is confirmed
We will invoice you through PayPal ( you do not have to have a paypal
account to make this payment, just follow instructions on electronic invoice
) or if you wish we will accept a cheque or postal order made payable to Mark
Perkins and sent to the above address
please enter the fact that you wish to pay by post on the order form.
All Orders for standard cards
or personalised cards are subject to a £1.00 postage and packaging charge, regardless of
quantity.
Making A Purchase of Giclée prints
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any prints
that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need
to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment through Paypal.
Alternatively you may pay by cheque or postal order through the post.

with your cheque or postal order made payable to Mark

Because we only maintain small quantities of these items which are printed in very
small batches, we will inform you of any delay via email or telephone.
Please note: If paying by cheque or postal order, the goods will only be despatched
once the cheque/postal order has been deposited and cleared. It is important if sending a
cheque that your name and address is written on the reverse so that we can cross-reference
it with your order.
Postage and Packing
All Orders for The Giclée Print are subject to a £5.50 postage and packaging charge, regardless of
quantity.
All Orders for standard cards
or personalised cards are subject to a £1.00 postage and packaging charge, regardless of
quantity.
Delivery Schedule
We normally deliver orders within seven working days. However if, as mentioned above
under ‘Making a Purchase’ an item has to be printed specially, an
additional 5 working days will be needed. If you have a specific requirement for a print
very urgently it may be possible to accommodate you so please email or telephone with that
requirement.
Please ensure that a valid email address is supplied at check-out.
Damaged Goods
In the event of prints arriving damaged YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 3
WORKING DAYS
by our email address We will readily exchange or refund any prints that
are damaged in transit, assuming we are notified of the damage in writing
(email/phone) within 3 working days of receipt and the damaged print is
returned to us at your own expense in its original packaging.
Credit Card Security
