You may contact me by email or by phone. If the phone is in use you will be put directly onto the answer machine. Please leave a message. I will return your call as soon as possible. I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours.
If you have an acute problem that needs urgent treatment, I may be available to deal with it, though the quickest way will usually be to call the Homeopathic Helpline on 09065 343404 where the charge is £1.50 per minute, and calls usually last for 5-10 minutes. This service is available between 9am and midnight every day.
I work Monday to Friday, availability varies week to week. If you require a consultation after 3.00, it is worth booking it as far in advance as possible. Appointments finishing after 3.00 are not available on Fridays. I aim to finish consultations by 7.30.
It is helpful to make follow up appointments at the end of the consultation, even for times six months in advance. Appointments so long in the future can always be changed, but are useful anchors to ensure treatment continuity.
If you are unable to keep an appointment then please let me know asap. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours incur a charge of the full fee (ie. someone normally paying a concessionary fee will still be liable for the full price fee), with 50% off the cost of the next appointment if that is within a month. The exceptions to this are appointments missed with less than three hours notice, or after 8.15am on the day if the appointment is 11.15 or earlier, which don’t qualify for the subsequent 50% reduction.
My fees, and normal consultation lengths are:

The fees may change at the beginning of a year. The fee includes the homeopathic remedies. Occasionally, herbal remedies are useful as part of your treatment. There may be a charge of an extra pound or two for these.
The fee for acute treatments varies, though will usually be £20 for a
phone consultation, or the follow up consultation fee, providing it’s not
too ongoing.
Home visits are occasionally possible. The minimum callout fee is £20
on top of the normal fee. Extra costs are for journeys of more than 8 miles.
I work individually and the frequency varies as to people’s needs. However, as a guide, the first follow up consultation is usually after 3 to 6 weeks. Thereafter, time between consultations may be between 1 and 6 months.
I may find it useful to discuss your case with other health professionals, such as fellow homeopaths, herbalists for their opinions on the best form of treatment. This will always be done within the bounds of confidentiality, and even then neither your name nor any specific individualising details will be disclosed.
I may occasionally find it helpful to discuss your case with your GP or consultant, in this situation I will always ask for your permission first.
No individualising details are stored electronically. Case workings on a computer are indicated only by your initials - ask to see an example if you are concerned.
