Volunteering Spirit is a Community Interest Company which gives you the opportunity to connect to an international network of hosts and volunteers of all spiritual, religious and humanistic beliefs.
Whether you meditate every morning or simply collect inspiring quotes;
whether you regularly go to a place of worship or get inspiration from what is around you;
or are just curious about other people's beliefs, Volunteering Spirit is the exchange for you
We link Volunteers with Hosts who need help with projects or everyday tasks on their home, farm, boat, centre or place of worship. The exchange is free and our belief is that working and spending time together is the best way of learning from each other.
Volunteering Spiritīs intention is to encourage a worldwide spirit of good will and increased mutual understanding. At the heart of Volunteering Spirit is a respectful exchange:

Hosts provide volunteers with food and accommodation and volunteers work approximately five hours a day, five days a week.

In their free time, hosts and volunteers can take the opportunity to talk about their experiences; sharing and exploring ideas, beliefs, customs and practices.

Volunteers
Volunteering allows you to combine helping a host whilst extending your holiday/stay and becoming familiar with other cultures, languages, and to open yourself to other ways of life. Whilst meeting new people you can apply your knowledge, gain experience, and learn new skills.
Hosts
Hosting is great way to move forward with a project or get household tasks done by enthusiastic visitors who are respectful of your home and work space. It allows you to meet new people and share ideas.

Beautiful Places!From Tipperary to Tibet - Volunteers can find an extensive choice of places to help out at throughout the world. By having access to our database of Hosts, they can choose some amazing places. Staying with a Host allows a Volunteer to go below the surface of a country and have a genuine encounter with its culture. |

Rewarding Work!Hosts provide food and accommodation, and in return Volunteers work for an agreed numbers of hours a day. Volunteers will pick up all sorts of new skills while helping Hosts, perhaps by painting a Buddhist centre in London or gardening in a Yoga centre in Spain. |
