Everest Marathon before then. Building up to that I did the Comrades Marathon in 2005 with ex Captain Alastair, to celebrate our joint 100th birthday - then we did it again (opposite direction) in 2006. Just did Kilimanjaro in 2008 to get my head for heights and now there is not much between me and November 2009 for Everest!"
