Teams entered   Team lists

Four Team classes: Open, Womens Open (all W), Handicap (score 46 or less), Junior (all M/W18 or younger and score 35 or less)
NB only teams of all SEOA individual members, or all members of an SEOA club are eligible for championship medals and trophies, but there will also be prizes for winning teams irrespective of pedigree. See team forms above for Handicap table (and also below).

Trophies and Prizes: If you have a Trophy from previous years, please return it on the day. There will be medals for the top 3 teams in each Class who are eligible as SEOA teams. There will be prizes for the top 3 teams in each Class. Prize-giving at or soon after 12pm.

Map and Course legs: 1:5000, A4 size, overprinted on waterproof paper, with control descriptions on the front. There is no legend. Courses primarly use the nicer open areas. Bracken clearance is ongoing up to the event date. The area being used is very runnable.

In the open areas individual trees are mapped with the o (in green) symbol. More than one tree with an overlapping tree canopy is mapped as white - runnable forest. Significant coniferous trees are mapped as x (in green).

Green hashing on the map in forest areas is often bracken with brambles lurking underneath. It's usually horrible. Be warned. Green hashing in open areas represents high bracken. Low bracken is not mapped and does not impede progress (much).

The Blue course has two sets of Butterfly loops, one immediately after the first control. Different teams will run the loops in different orders. Take care to run the correct order to avoid team disqualification. Note that the lines between some earlier controls on all Blue courses have been bent to aid clarity and the bending does NOT indicate route choice.

Blue 5.1 km; Green 3.6 km; Orange 2.5 km; Yellow 1.9 km
Open: Blue - Green - Blue in that order
Womens Open: Blue - Green - Blue in that order
Handicap: Blue/Green/Orange in random order
Junior: Yellow - Orange - Yellow in that order

Handicap table: Individual handicap score from table - add the 3 in team to calculate total which must be 35 or less for a Junior team and 46 or less for a Handicap team. Teams may run these courses non-competitively if their scores are too high, though all Junior entries must be M/W18 or younger:
