Detailed below is information regarding the CompassSport Cup and the JK and British
Relays.
CompassSport Trophy / Club Championships 2004.
We are entering the CompassSport Trophy this year as we have fewer club members than recent years. It is taking place on
Sunday March 14th at Upper Star Posts, The Look Out, Bracknell. It is a colour coded event with start times between
10.00 and 13.00. THERE IS NO ENTRY ON THE DAY except for White and Yellow courses. There is a string course. The method of
entering has changed this year. You will need to enter via me (Christine). I will need your ....
Courses ...
The closing date for the club entry is February 28th so I need your names and money by February 22nd. I can make
changes up to March 10th by e-mail. Some runners may have to run up as we don't have too many younger runners! I can also
pre-enter anyone who wishes to run the White and Orange course. The fees are £4.00 for Seniors and £2.50 for Juniors.
Please send me your details and full payement to Christine Kiddier (see allGO for contact details). If you have any
queries you can telephone Christine, but not too late please. Leave a message if not in. Please make cheques payable to
Guildford Orienteers.
As with last year, I am proposing that we will hold our club championships in conjunction with this event. The scoring will be
based on the system used for the SE League and our own OO Trophy, using a mins/km scenario which we also used last year.
We will contest Senior Men and Women and Junior Boys and Girls, based on the CompassSport Trophy courses.
