There are many problems that people encounter when designing web pages or graphics. When people e-mail questions to me I do my best to try and answert them directly, but I also post the questions and answers here. Please, for the benefit of everyone send your questions in.

I currently maintain a FAQ for each of the catagories that the site covers. I hope to expand the FAQs with more articles to cover FTP, the uploading (and downloading) of files.

BTI FAQ

For people using BTInternet in the UK as their ISP there is now a FAQ online for the frequently asked questions in the btinternet.homepages.authoring newsgroup. The BTi FAQ was created, and is maintained by Mark Serlin at: http://www.btinternet.com/~mark.serlin/bt_faq/ .
