Inside Dynamic HTML - Scott Isaacs
	Inside DHTML is one of the best books I have read on DHTML. It takes you through the features that Microsoft introduced in it's Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 browser. It teaches you CSS, and refines any JavaScript skills you have. You can pick up both from the book. This is well set out and a good and easy read.

Web Publishing With HTML 4 (In a Week) - Laura Lemay
	I did not read this specific book, I did read however, Web Publishing with HTML 3.2 in a week, by the same author. I found the book easy to use, it covered all I needed to know. It wasn't a wonderful read, unlike the DHTML book, but it will guide you through what you need to know. Some critical comments of it have been that it only has about 60 pages on the new HTML 4 features, but its covering of the basic HTML should be good.
