At Derwentside Athletic Club we accept input from all our members on defining or training programmes, which remain flexible so the training fits the needs of those that attend the sessions.

Our qualified coaches ensure that training is beneficial to the members and are always on hand to offer individual advice.

Along with beginner training, sessions range from short tempo runs to longer recovery runs, from track speed sessions to hard hill reps - all aimed at helping our members achieve new PB's and helping meet there goals.

At our training sessions you get to run with those who are of similar pace so you do not fell you are being left behind OR if you wish join a faster paced group to push you to the limits.
