XHOG Recipe : Spicy Bean Burgers

INGREDIENTS NUTRITION PER SERVING (APPROX)
1 (400g) Tin Mixed Salad Beans, Drained
1 Red Onion, Chopped
1 tsp Olive oil
2 Slices of wholemeal Bread, Made into Breadcrumbs
1 Red Chilli Pepper, Chopped
1 tbsp Paprika

Serves 2

 
  1. Add Beans, Chilli & 2/3rds of Breadcrumbs to food processor (Or Similar) and mix
  2. Add Onion, Ginger, Oil & Paprika and mix well
  3. Form into 2 patties
  4. Coat with remainder of Breadcrumbs
  5. Grill for 10-12mins turning regularly

    Serve on a bed of lightly steamed spinach to make a good starter
