CHILDREN'S ACHIEVEMENTS
National Curriculum Assessment Key Stage 1 2002.
This table shows the percentage of children achieving level 2+, level 2b+, level 3+ in the years
1998-2002.
For comparison the LEA and National averages are included.
We have set our targets for improvement in 2003.
Level 2 spans quite a wide range and so it can be divided into three parts.
A child at level 2C is working at the lowest end of the level,
whilst a child with level 2A is almost at level 3.
It is worth stating that cohorts within year groups do vary through time; i.e., the Year 2 cohort in 2003 is not necessarily of the same make up as that in 2001.
