HOLLYWOOD MUSIC and CENTRAL TALK TIME

These two shop units are in the Old London & North Western Railway Fire Station. These were converted into shops at the time of the Tesco's development.

There was not much scope to do anything with the shops themselves but we considered it would look attractive if both the units had traditional hand painted hanging signs. Hollywood Music had previously had a hanging sign but this had deteriorated badly, whilst the phone shop had previously had no signage.

Hollywood Music continued with their red colour scheme on a white background and black wrought iron bracket and surround.

Central Talk Time wanted to use some red in their colour scheme so that it tied in with the music shop next door. This was completed with blue and green on a white background. Metal work brackets and detailing similar to Hollywood Music.
