Now this one has been completed, it really would not look out of place amongst Dulwich Village shops! There is a marked improvement and shows the benefits of a carefully co-ordinated scheme. The building gave a rather disjointed image before and this was not helped by the long uninspiring frontage.

The varnished wood has been replaced by heritage colour "medium bronze green". This colour was chosen for its ability to show both flowers/plants and fruit & veg in an equally flattering way. Masonry paint in a soft cream compliments the green. There has been extensive work providing a more definate fascia in readiness for a hand painted sign.

The sign does a wonderful job of providing an individual image for this business. The different tones of red, terracotta, gold, green and cream all compliment and contrast. A stylish example of upright script on a curve.

Foot note: Mr. Geen is planning to replace his awning covers (which have rather a long waiting time) which will really round out this scheme.
