UK, London, Essex, Herts: Susan WEBB, Woodford, Essex connects to WADE family at Hatfield, Herts

I am seeking ancestors of Susan WEBB, born about 1852-55 at Woodford, Essex, daughter of Thomas WEBB (?Engineer) and Rebecca WADE. Susan emigrated to Australia in 1873 with a CROW family, one of the children of which was Arthur Wade CROW. This CROW family is interconnected with WEBB and WADE families at its origins at Hatfield, Herts. However no specific connection could be made to Susan or her parents. (see below).
Despite years of repeated searches I cannot find evidence of the birth of Susan WEBB, nor of her parents’ births or marriage. Nor can I find any evidence in the UK censuses 1841-1881 for Susan and her parents, though they may be there as unrelated servants etc. So far, I think I have exhausted all FamilySearch material such as IGI and also the GRO data derived from FreeBMD.
So can anyone see a way to confirm a connection or to add to either of the, as yet disconnected, families? As all the data is in UK I would be quite prepared to fund reasonable research. From previous investigations into Irish heritage I realise that at this point one does need local help, and it must be paid for!! Please contact me if you have time and inclination to help. The most promising avenue seems to me to be finding the connection between Rebecca WADE and the WADEs in Herts.

From Unknown parents there are three siblings viz - (may be more?)
Sarah WADE =(1774) TYLER with no known issue
Henry WADE =(?) Mary ? with only known issue Mary (b 1780)
Stephen WADE =(1781) Susanna WEBB whose known issue are:
William WADE (b1782) =(?) Ann ? with issue of Sarah (1805), Susanna (1816) +?;
Sarah WADE (1785-1855) = George CROW (1785-1846) – This branch I have
in precise detail and all descendants accounted for. It includes
the family which emigrated to Australia with Arthur Wade CROW, a cousin of some
sort to Susan WEBB;
Stephen WADE (1787-bef 1851) = (1811) Mary ENSOM (1788-1871). Unknown issue; and
Martha WADE (1792) =(?) James Robinson (1801). Known issue: William (1821),
James (1824), John (1831) +?.
