Yes - we did drink that much!
In August 2002 a group of intrepid Owlsick Morris Dancers gathered up their tents, campers and bells and took the Portsmouth - Caen ferry, arriving much later than anticipated (no change there then!) to be greeted with a splendid meal provided by Ann Skinner and family.
After the rain on Sunday morning the sun came out and shone beautifully for the rest of the week. Here's some photographic evidence:
