In August 2003 we travelled to Sarvar, Hungary (using RyanAir Stansted to Graz for those who are interested) to take part in the annual folk festival.

We stayed in what appeared to be an agricultural college in a small village nearby and spent several exhausting hot days dancing in towns and villages around Sarvar accompanied by groups from many other countries.

Istvan and Andreas open the show

We did dance - several times - honest!

Ben delighted to find real ale in Hungary! Behind him is Peter - V.I.P!!

The audience gather - I don't believe the gun was needed to keep them quiet!
Just about the smallest participant! A colourful group from Kazakhstan.
