Wyrley were disappointed to lose a game in which they had plenty of chances - and but for some individual errors in difficult conditions, they would have run out winners in a closely fought contest.
Both sides created opportunities to score early in the game but it was Redhouse who broke the stalemate first and had soon established a two goal lead.
Wyrley battled hard and brought the deficit back to a single goal with Thomas Evans' first goal for the club which he slotted past the advancing keeper after being put through by Matthew Anstey.
The teams were level after Jordan Clarke was fouled in the Redhouse penalty and lost a boot in the process. Shaun Nicholls stepped up and cooly sent the keeper diving to try and save a shot which went straight down the middle.
However, Redhouse got their noses back in front before half-time when Wyrley needlessly lost possession on the half-way line and Redhouse scored on the counter-attack.
Half-time: Redhouse 3 - Wyrley 2
Wyrley went further behind immediately after the interval when they lost possession from the kick-off and the Redhouse #14 Ince (cousin of Paul) went on a mazy run to score one of his four goals of the game.
Damage continued to be done to the point where Wyrley found themselves 6-2 down before staging a spirited comeback.
Firstly, Jordan Clarke scored after getting himself free on the left; then Shaun Nicholls lobbed the Redhouse keeper with a spectucular overhead kick from the edge of the penalty area following a corner.
Jordan then doubled his tally for the game when he poked home the ball at the far post after receiving the ball from Matthew Anstey who had run with the ball from the half-way line fending off challenges from accompanying Redhouse defenders.
Wyrley's revival proved to be too late and Redhouse ran out eventual victors.
Full-time: Redhouse 7 - Wyrley 5
