The Forest of Dean, Wye Valley (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), Symonds Yat, The Malverns, Newent, Monmouth, Gloucester and Hereford are all within easy driving distance. The stunning surrounding countryside is famous for the outdoor activities on offer. Golf, fishing, walking, shooting, cycling, canoeing, horse riding, ballooning, climbing , off road vehicle experience and many more are available locally. The South Herefordshire Golf Club is just a few minutes away on the edge of Bromsash and overlooks Hartleton Lakes where some fine fishing is available.
Bromsash is a small rural hamlet, 3 miles from Ross-on-Wye. Eastview is at the edge of this hamlet, surrounded on three sides by arable fields, with outstanding views across Herefordshire countryside (see picture - view from the garden). There is an old Ariconium site to the front of the house (again this is arable land).
There are good shopping facilities in the nearby market town of Ross-on-Wye. A village shop and garage can be found at the Lea (2 miles away). There are local taxi providers and a local bus once a week. For a more regular service, the nearest bus is 1 mile away. It is recommended that you travel here by car.
This luxury contemporary styled self catering unit is a newly converted annexe to the owner’s own home. The accommodation is for 2 people. Fitted to a high standard and offering open plan living/dining/kitchen, a separate bathroom on the ground floor (with luxury shower bath) and a light and spacious double bedroom accessed by a modern spiral staircase. 
Facilities include full central heating, colour TV with digibox to receive freeview TV, DVD and CD/MP3/Radio Player with a selection of CDs and DVDs and Wi-Fi broadband. The kitchen has a full size electric cooker with halogen hob, microwave and fridge with 4 star freezer compartment. The bedroom has a luxury super-king-size bed with luxury quilts, or can be set up as a twin bedded room if preferred. The well fitted bathroom comes complete with luxury modern, spacious shower-bath and heated towel rail.
On site (off road) parking is available and also storage space for bikes, golf or fishing equipment if required. A 24 hour return laundry service is available if required.
